The urban concept for this one-hectare site defines a residential ensemble of 14 houses across three typologies: detached villas, semi-detached houses, and terraced housing. The design sensitively integrates with the existing context of the main street and nearby sports grounds, creating a central public space around the original fishing club buildings. A regulated palette of materials and specifically designed front gardens with integrated benches serve as unifying elements that foster social interaction.
