Garden Center
The urban concept for this one-hectare site defines a residential ensemble of 14 houses across three typologies: detached villas, semi-detached houses, and terraced housing. The design sensitively integrates with the existing context of the main street and nearby sports grounds, creating a central public space around the original fishing club buildings. A regulated palette of materials and specifically designed front gardens with integrated benches serve as unifying elements that foster social interaction. The concept emphasizes permeability and communal living, supported by shared garden boundaries and a representative transition between private plots and public spaces.
