The design presents a contemporary residence that accentuates landscape views while addressing the challenges of a sloping terrain. The objective was to create a family home utilizing a palette of light colors and timber. The central concept features a white, square-plan volume with a gable roof, partially recessed into the slope to frame panoramic views via a terrace. By positioning the house in the upper third of the plot, the viewpoints are elevated above the neighboring rooftops, simultaneously creating a multifunctional courtyard in front of the building.
