We were invited to participate in a closed competition for the new headquarters and client center of I.T.V. CZ s.r.o. The company operates water and sewer systems, and we tried to make this as clear as possible in the design. The basic concept for us was the management of water, especially rainwater, which is used to irrigate the retention bed of perennials under a corrugated iron roof and then flows into a pond located in the middle of the garden. We orient the representative and work spaces to the south, with the possibility of exiting to the terrace, the service areas and the meeting room to the east and west, and the technical and service rooms to the north, as the bowels of the house. We also thought about an easy transformation into a family house, because the new headquarters is located within reach of intensive development of family houses.
