This project involves the comprehensive renovation of a duplex apartment in a Prague prefab block, prioritizing natural light and spatial fluidity. The central conceptual intervention is the insertion of a multifunctional service core into the heart of the floor plan. This volume consolidates the bathroom, kitchen, and storage, liberating the surrounding living areas. By relocating the kitchenette, a generous visual and functional connection is established between the living room and the loggia through a new glazed partition. The upper entrance level has been transformed into a luminous, multifunctional study, utilizing semi-translucent folding doors to offer flexibility between openness and privacy.
