The intersection of the historic route to Vyšehrad and the road to Říčany gave rise to a village green, now transformed into Poštovní Square. From here, a network of streets and additional squares unfolds—Jesenice Square, which serves a representative function, and Obilné Square, which acts as the commercial centre of the new development district.

The gravitational core of the centre is the Cultural Post Office—a fusion of history and the present into a social hub with a gallery and café. The result is a diverse and vibrant centre dedicated to people.
