In Zlatníky-Hodkovice, there has not been such dynamic development as in the surrounding municipalities, but gradual growth is evident, blurring the boundaries between the settlement and the landscape. The municipality cannot avoid future pressure on development, and therefore it is necessary to approach it with caution. The urban concept offers a long-term outlook of up to 30 years and at the same time defines immediate interventions that can directly improve the quality of life of the residents. The potential of the settlement lies in the surrounding landscape, whose structure of agricultural areas, pastures, greenery and water features strengthens the identity of the municipality and its connection with the wider environment.
