Three green axes converge at Zbuzanské náměstí, connecting the existing residential district, the center, the railway station and the adjacent landscape. A quiet and safe residential district with a diverse typology of houses, high-quality public spaces and semi-public courtyards is an ideal place for a diverse mix of residents to live. The decision not to relocate the lines opened up the possibility of a better solution and simple phasing. The district uses green areas near the railway, functions as a recreational entrance to the landscape for the residents of Jindřichův Hradec and shows that the periphery can also be truly beneficial.
