Tetanet Office

The project involves the renovation of the top floor of a 1960s administrative building into the modern headquarters for the telecommunications company TETANET in Ústí nad Labem. The 650 m² interior reveals the original reinforced concrete skeleton, which, in contrast with the terracotta-stained ceiling and exposed services, defines a raw yet refined character. The layout emphasizes maximum flexibility through modular glass partitions, combining private offices with a centrally illuminated coworking hub. The design creates an adaptable workspace that balances the firm’s technical identity with a human scale enhanced by timber detailing.
