A cluster of original farm buildings between Votice and Otradovice is undergoing a transformation into modern rural living and a dedicated workspace. The design centers on a strategic reallocation of functions: the tranquil northern barn is repurposed into a family residence opening toward both the central courtyard and the open landscape, while the former inn serves as a studio and guest apartment. The solution respects the site’s genius loci, preserving as much of the original structures as possible while seamlessly integrating the historical mass with light, contemporary interventions.
