Close collaboration built on mutual trust led to the creation of a project to reconstruct a historic village house into a new home. The simple single-storey volume was stripped of its farm outbuildings, and the interior was opened up and brightened. To the original stone structure of the house, we designed a small timber extension that complements the family home with a garage, a new entrance, and a winter garden.
