The aim of the project is the renovation of a Functionalist building on the square in Benešov, including the addition of a lift and access to the rooftop terrace. The building is stripped back to its essence, restoring its original ground floor and entrance. The layout is refined to reintroduce operational clarity, while a rooftop extension forms a new crown to the elegant structure and opens up a unique terrace with views over the entire town and the square.
