A picturesque small town set in a beautiful landscape has decided to firmly take hold of its gradual transition from a village to a town. How should it develop? How can urban buildings be used effectively? How should the surrounding landscape and backlands be shaped? How should transportation be addressed? The aim of this document is to comprehensively define the town’s development concept up to around 2050 and to present a clear plan for transforming Neveklov accordingly.
